Terms of Service

0. Who we are

• Effective date: February 1, 2026 (version 2026-02-01). Prior versions are preserved for audit and available on request.

We do not claim any specific certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI Level 1) as our own. Where a subprocessor (for example Stripe) carries such a certification, that is the subprocessor's certification, not ours.

1. The service

Reviews Uplift AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered reputation management platform that helps local businesses respond to Google reviews, request customer feedback, and monitor reputation trends. You ("Customer") access the service through a subscription plan.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind the business you represent.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One workspace per business. Growth plans support multiple locations under one workspace.
• You may not resell the service or provide it to third parties without written consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate Google's Business Profile policies.
• Post replies containing false statements, discriminatory content, or personal attacks.
• Generate replies that offer prohibited incentives (cash, refunds in exchange for review removal, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Billing

• Plans are sold as prepaid periods of 1 month or 12 months, priced in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Ziina (Ziina FZ LLC), a payment provider licensed in the United Arab Emirates, on its own secure payment page. Subscriptions started before October 2026 may continue to be billed by Stripe, Inc. until they end.
• Standard includes a one-time 3-day free trial that needs no payment method and is never charged. Premium and Growth have no trial and start when you pay.
• Trial accounts may generate up to 5 free AI responses per day.
• Changing or upgrading plans does not start or extend another free trial.
• Each payment covers the period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically. Paying again before a period ends adds the new period on top. If a period ends without renewal, paid features pause after a 3-day grace window.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively.
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.
• Card details are collected and processed by the payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers or CVCs.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Because prepaid periods never renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel: access simply ends at the end of the period you paid for unless you renew. Legacy Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing page and end with the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5.1 Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us at inquiry@reviewsuplift.com before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks (as determined by the payment provider's dispute process) will result in immediate suspension and may be referred to collections for the disputed amount plus the provider's chargeback fee.

6. AI-generated content

Replies generated by the AI are drafts you approve (or that you configure to auto-post under AI-draft-and-approve mode). You remain responsible for the content posted from your business account. We do not guarantee any specific SEO, rating, or business outcome — our results are typical, not promised.

7. Ownership

• You own your business data, your reviews, and the replies posted from your account.
• We own the software, dashboards, models, and analytics infrastructure.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the service.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) US$100, or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing owed, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction pending counsel confirmation. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Prohibited businesses

Customer must not use the service for any business our payment providers prohibit, including those listed in the Stripe Restricted Businesses list, including but not limited to: adult content, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes, and any activity prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
